Designed for degree-holding professionals who wish to make a pivotal change in the direction of their careers, the addition of the new Master in International Hotel Management to Les Roches Marbella’s academic offering marks an important milestone in the school’s mission to prepare professionals for successful careers in the hospitality industry.
Starting in September 2019, the Master in International Hotel Management will provide students with in-depth knowledge and skills that build on the foundation of the school’s current undergraduate and postgraduate hospitality education programs. Consisting of 9 months of academic studies on the campus of Les Roches Marbella (which includes 1 week of field study
During their studies, students will develop in-depth knowledge and perspective related to the field of hospitality management. From hotel and business management theory with operational management training in the traditional Swiss hospitality ethos to the latest trends in digital marketing and human resources management, this program’s comprehensive character will provide students with a set of solid professional skills and real-world experience. Upon completion of the Master’s degree, students will be both qualified and prepared for the most demanding management career opportunities in the rapidly-changing and globally-minded international hotel industry.
The curriculum will combine the best of the traditional Swiss model, with the incorporation of digital tendencies, innovation focusing on developing management skills.
